The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh is likely to hold the class 10 exams in July 2020. Adimulapu Suresh, the Education Minister of the state said that the educational board is planning to organize the SSC exams for all the students in July. However, the official exam schedule will be released considering the upcoming lockdown restrictions.
By increasing the examination venues in the state, it will be highly safe for the students who will take part in the examination. BSEAP officials have asked the same to follow the social distancing instructions whilst holding the exams. This latest announcement about organizing AP 10th class exams is a sigh of relief to all the students and parents as well. Previously, the board has given hints that the AP 10th exams will be conducted post lifting the lockdown.
Originally, the board officials of AP state have scheduled to organize the exams of class 10 students in March. Due to the spread of the life-threatening coronavirus pandemic across the nation, the Indian Government has imposed a country-wide lockdown. Due to the continuous extensions of the lockdown period, the board authorities couldn’t announce the revised timetable for SSC exams in AP.
The education minister said, ‘The students will be made to sit at least one meter away to ensure social distancing as coronavirus can spread through the community and human transfer.’ The minister further added that the students can take part in the SSC exams with their old hall ticket issued by the board authorities earlier. Even, the students can find few options to download a new AP 10th Admit Card from the official website.
The officials will issue the new hall ticket once they announce the new exam schedule online. This year, a total of 639022 candidates have registered for the Class 10 examinations in AP. Stay tuned to this website to get the latest updates about the revised schedule of AP 10th exams.
