The Indian Institute of Management Udaipur has issued a notification to provide admissions into post-graduate in business administration. The institute has invited the eligible and interested working executives [PGDBAWE] to apply for the course. The interested contenders can fill the application form and submit it at the official website i.e., at iimu.ac.in. The PGD programme for working professionals will be conducted for about 20 months.
The course will commence from July 2021 and wraps up by March 2023. All the participants who complete the course will get Alumni status from the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur. Aiming at establishing powerful fundamentals and leadership skills in the fields of finance and marketing, the institute has launched this programme. As per the report, the courses will start in July. The classes for the working professionals will be held on weekends i.e., on Saturday and Sunday.
This programme helps employees who work in nearby locations of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan to complete the weekday work obligations and easily travel down for classes on Saturdays and Sundays. The working professionals with the firm’s financial arrangement or full/part fee sponsorship can apply for the programme.
Janatt Shah, the Director at IIM-Udaipur said, ‘The Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration for Working Executives is structured around career-advancement, leadership, and strategy, and provides a well-rounded exposure to business management. The highlight of this weekend’s program is that the executives can upskill and live a campus-learning experience without a career break.’
The applicants must be a graduate in any discipline with at least 3 years of full-time post-qualification experience as of 30th June 2021. The candidates must have valid GRE, GMAT, and CAT scores of tests taken in 2018 or later. The candidates who fulfill the above eligibility criteria can apply for the PGD programme at IIM Udaipur.
The candidates can take up the Qualifying examination after the application process that will be conducted on 4th April 2021. As per the official notice, the applicants must be currently employed and have prior approval from the employer to apply for the programme. The applicants must get permission from their working company to attend the weekend classes in the latter situation.
