Depending on the score obtained by the students in the PUC exam, they will get admissions into various Universities for higher education. On 27th March 2020, the officials have decided to disclose the PUC I results of the students in Karnataka state. But, due to the nationwide lockdown amid the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the officials have postponed the release date. Now, the officials of the department have announced the revised schedule for issuing the results.
On the other hand, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, the HRD Minister organized a meeting recently. He asked the state and central board officials to restart the evaluation process. Intending to prevent further delay in the academic system, he asked the officials to disclose the results. Due to the COVID-19 crisis across the nation, the academic cycle has been postponed by more than 1 month. So, as per the UGC instructions, the colleges won’t be started in July instead they commence in September 2020.
