Karnataka SSLC Exams, English PUC Exam 2020 Revised Dates Announced

The Karnataka State Government has likely scheduled to hold the pending SSLC board exams from 25th June, as per the latest report. S. Suresh Kumar, the Education Minister of Karnataka officially announced the probable date for commencing the leftover SSLC exam papers. Previously, the minister said that the board exams for the students will be organized by following essential social distancing guidelines.

Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board has recently disclosed the complete timetable for the remaining SSLC exams 2020. According to the latest announcement, the SSLC exams will be conducted from 25th June to 4th July 2020. This year, a total of 848192 candidates have applied for the SSLC exams. On the other hand, only one exam paper i.e., the English language is pending for the PUC students. As per the announcement made on Monday by the minister, the pending PUC exam will be organized on 18th June 2020.

Regardless of the schedule for the board exams, the concerned authorities will follow vital precautionary measures whilst holding the exams. The hygiene measures that will be followed amidst holding exams include using sanitizers and masks mandatorily. Besides this, the Minister further added that necessary arrangements will be made to check the examinees via thermal scanners.

To hold the SSLC pending exams in June, the officials have set up 43720 rooms in a total of 2879 buildings in Karnataka State. In the previous week itself, the education minister said that the exams for 10th class students will be conducted probably in June. He also added that enough time will be given for the students for the exam preparation.

The officials of the board have already declared the Karnataka PUC 1st Year Results 2020 recently. For PUC-II students, English language paper is leftover. As per the opinions of students across the state, the maximum number of aspirants is willing to take up the exams. They have prepared for the exams throughout the year.
