The Commissioner for Entrance Examination [CEE], Kerala has deferred the KEAM 2020 entrance exam. The Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical Entrance Examination has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The CEE Kerala has not yet announced the new schedule for conducting the entrance test. However, the officials will announce it soon on the official website. The CEE, Kerala has released an official statement announcing the postponement of KEAM 2020.
Earlier, the officials of CEE, Kerala opened the registration process available for all the aspirants till 16th March 2020. Earlier, the authorities have scheduled to conduct the entrance test on 20th and 21st April 2020. But, due to the nation-wide lockdown and the COVID-19 effect, the exams have been delayed. A latest Government Order has been released by the Higher Education Department of Kerala.
As per the GO, ‘… in view of the nationwide lockdown imposed to check the widespread outbreak of ‘COVID-19′ pandemic the examination cannot be conducted as per the scheduled date. In the above circumstances, Government hereby postpones the KEAM – 2020 examination scheduled to be conducted on 20.04.2020 & 21.04.2020 to another date which will be decided later’. Once the officials announce the revised dates, we will update them on this website. On the exam front, KEAM is an entrance examination organized to provide admissions into various Engineering, medical and architectural courses.
