Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education [MPBSE] has disclosed the schedule of pending 12th class exams in the state. According to the latest revised schedule, the 12th class exams will be organized from 9th June to 15th June 2020. The concerned officials have given a plethora of instructions to the school administration to follow all the essential precautionary measures whilst holding the exams.
Due to the perilous coronavirus pandemic, the board has instructed the authorities of various schools to follow social distancing norms. The board said that the students will be permitted into the exam venues only if they wear face masks. The officials also decided to arrange the seating system by keeping at least 2 meters of distance from one student to the other student during exams.
Previously, the state government has decided not to hold the pending 10th class exams. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Chief Minister of the state posted a tweet saying that the 10th merit list will be prepared based on the previous exams’ score of the candidates. The tweet reads, ‘For the cancelled subjects, the students will get the remark ‘pass’ on their mark sheets.’
On the other hand, the exams for the higher secondary students will be conducted on the revised datesheet. The pending exams for the subjects include Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Economics, Geography, and more. As per the latest schedule, the exams will commence with Higher Mathematics paper and Geography. Lastly, the exams for Chemistry and History of Art Exams will be organized on 15th June 2020. The exams will be organized in two sessions i.e, 9 AM and 2 PM.
