UP Board Completes 80% of Exam Paper Evaluation Process

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad [UPMSP] has finished 80 percent of the evaluation of 10th and 12th answer papers as of 23rd May 2020. As per the latest reports, the evaluation process is almost wrapped up in the green and orange zones across the state. The only place wherein the evaluation is yet to finish is the red zone. The officials of the board have selected the examiners to carry out the evaluation process.

In green zones, the evaluation process was commenced on 5th May while in orange zones, the evaluation started on 12th May. In red zones across Uttar Pradesh, the evaluation process has begun from 19th May 2020. The UPMSP has released an official statement in recent times. As per the statement, ‘In the green zone, 57,11,692 (99.80%) answer sheets have been evaluated, with 1,28,37,725 (95.67 per cent) in the orange zone and 47,19,122 (52.39 per cent) in the red zone. A total of 2.32 crore (2,32,68,539) answer sheets have been evaluated, thus completing 82.66 percent of the paper checking process.’

The board further said that the evaluation process of 10th and 12th answer scripts has been finished in 19 green zones district out of 20. On the other hand, in a total of 36 orange zone districts, the evaluation has been completed in 19 districts. As of now, out of 75 districts present in the state, the evaluation process in 38 districts has been finished, said the board.

The board anticipates that the complete evaluation session may be finished by the end of May 2020. Further, the board is likely to disclose the results of the 10th and 12th students in July 2020.
