IIT-Madras Launches Digital Training Courses on Financial Services, Banking, and Insurance Sector

The Indian Institute of Technology [IIT-Madras] has rolled out digital training courses on banking, financial services, and insurance sector [BFSI]. The officials of IIT-Madras have designed these courses and launched them to offer an experience of a real-life work environment to the students. To carry out different financial transactions in real-time, the artificial intelligence platform renders a virtual corporate environment to the students, as per the latest press release issued by the IIT-Madras.

The Digital Skills Academy in Partnership has launched the courses with Infact Pro Trainers [OPC] Private Limited. IIT-Madras release states ‘Certified programmes are being offered in the areas of banking and finance, digital banking, mutual funds, Securities operations, and risk management and equity derivatives.’

Professor K. Mangala Sunder, the Head of Digital Skills Academy, IIT Madras said that the main aim of these courses is to offer the graduating students the required skills towards employment or re-skilling in the corresponding sectors and prepare them for the relevant jobs and get adapted easily to the industry work. These courses will be helpful to graduate students from Indian academic institutions and employees in different industrial sectors.
